The ground rules.

Last updated: 26 September 2026. By using Preschools Club you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What this site is

Preschools Club is a search engine and community for preschools in India. Listings are compiled from public sources and user submissions. We are an information service - we do not run schools, take admissions, or process school fees.

Listings and accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate, but school details (fees, timings, phone numbers, whether a centre even still exists) change without notice. Always verify directly with the school before making decisions. Rankings are automatic; no school can pay for placement. If you spot an error, tell us.

Your content

When you submit a review, correction, school listing, or community post, you confirm it is truthful and yours to share, and you give us a licence to publish and moderate it. We remove content that is false, abusive, or exposes anyone's personal data - and child-safety takedowns are actioned within 30 minutes.

School claims

Claiming a listing requires proof that you own or manage the school. Fraudulent claims are removed and may result in a ban.

Certificates and webinars

Certificates issued for our webinars and courses certify attendance or completion only. Each carries a verification code checkable at /verify. They are not government-recognised qualifications unless explicitly stated.

Use of listings and data

The preschool directory is a database we have compiled, checked and organised ourselves: which centres to include, how they are grouped by city, locality and brand, and how each listing is written up. You are welcome to use it to find a school for your child.

• Not allowed without our written permission: automated copying or scraping of listings, bulk downloading, and republishing the listings (all of them, or a substantial part) on another website, app or dataset.
• Always fine: quoting a few details about a school and linking back to its page on Preschools Club.
• AI search and answer engines may index our pages and use them in answers, as long as they cite the page with a link.

We reserve all our rights in the directory, including under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you would like to license the data, write to hello@preschools.club.

Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no spam, no impersonation, no attempts to bypass rate limits or access admin areas. We may block traffic that abuses the service.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on listing data or community content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is covered in the privacy policy, including your rights under the DPDP Act 2023.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Questions go to hello@preschools.club or the contact page. These terms are governed by Indian law.
